By accessing or using Converzoy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our service.

2. Service Provider

These services are provided by Rajpurohit Vijesh, operating as Converzoy ("we," "us," or "our"). As we are currently operating as an individual/sole proprietor, all references to the service provider refer to Rajpurohit Vijesh.

3. Description of Service

Converzoy provides an AI-powered customer service and lead generation platform that allows businesses to engage with their website visitors through automated chat. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

AI Disclaimer: Our service uses artificial intelligence technology. AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. The AI does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. You guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

7. Subscription and Billing

Converzoy offers both free and paid plans for its AI-powered platform. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).

Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing term unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all initial subscriptions. To request a refund:

• Contact us at hello@converzoy.com within 14 days of your initial purchase
• Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
• Refunds do not apply to subscription renewals, only first-time purchases

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@converzoy.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Not using the service does not automatically cancel your subscription.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price, error in your order, or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

8. User Content and Data

You are responsible for all content (e.g., images, text, data) you upload, create, or display via Converzoy.

You agree that:

• You have the right to use such content
• Your content does not violate the rights of others or any applicable laws

Customer Data: As between you and Converzoy, you own and control the data you or your end users submit to the Service, including leads, form submissions, chat logs, and related data. We process this data only to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if:

• You breach any of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting hello@converzoy.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data after a reasonable period following termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RAJPUROHIT VIJESH D/B/A CONVERZOY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE'S RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We do not guarantee that the service will be:

• Uninterrupted or error-free
• Free of viruses or harmful components
• Capable of meeting your specific requirements

Use of the service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RAJPUROHIT VIJESH D/B/A CONVERZOY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rajpurohit Vijesh d/b/a Converzoy from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit or generate through the service

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
